I am a spiritual holistic woman with a background in Digital Media, a entrepreneur, model and health/wellness advocate. I love healing and growing on all levels- physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and I am passionate about co-creating a beautiful and harmonious earth home!   

My love for Irish Sea Moss began whilst I was in lockdown, going through a spiritual awakening and being conscious of the food I consume- implementing a Wholefoods organic diet and lifestyle. At the time I was caring for my mother with MND full time at the age of 20. Her condition is the inspiration for a radical change in my diet and wellbeing. My mother had been into health and wellness years before being diagnosed, and I wanted to find a natural supplement that she could eat with the most nutrients and vitamins that wasn’t in a pill form or hard to digest food. 

Sea Moss helped keep her vitamin levels stable as I added it into her smoothies whilst she was going through muscular dystrophy. I found out about Sea Moss through Dr Sebi, who shared this knowledge and gift to the world. 

I now enjoy sea moss on a regular basis and I know it has helped me tremendously with my energy levels, skin and most importantly - gut health and vitamin deficiencies. I used to suffer from PCOS and endometriosis as a teenager, but since taking Irish Sea Moss and eating a well balanced organic Wholefoods diet I have healed myself and balanced my hormones completely.
